Had an appnt at 11am and Spencer called me right on time. I answered some questions he needed then he took over and did a great job of cleaning, uninstalling stuff I did not need and installing what did need. I know he found many issues that were causing my problems. I think he went way over time to help resolve my problems and I appreciate that very much. I also had problems trying to post pics to my Face Book and asked if he could give me a hand. This wasn’t included in my clean up but he helped resolved this issue as well. He even installed a better security that what I had. I will definitely call then again and highly recommend the same for anyone looking for pc help!
