Spencer of ATR was extremely responsive to my call for help with an ailing desktop. I left a message and my call was returned inside of 30 minutes. He spent just under 5 hours giving my computer a good cleaning up. He was also very current and well informed, and was able to give me a number of good tips on such things as security and the Windows 10 update. I would definitely use this firm again… and plan to!
