Thomas was amazing. Cleaned up computer and started installation of Windows 10. Has the patience of Jobe. Worked on my computer for 3 or 4 hours and we chatted for about a half hour on the phone. 10 installed completely about 2or 3 hours after we hung up!! Awesome service, extremely courteous and patient. Highly recommend this company and will call again if I get in trouble. 10 +++++ rating!!
